By accessing and using Padel Bro ("Service", "App", "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Padel Bro is a matchmaking platform and online booking system that enables users to:
- Create and manage player profiles
- Match with other padel players of similar skill levels
- Book padel courts and facilities
- Communicate with other players via in-app chat
- Manage bookings and reservations
3. User Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Padel Bro is not available to users who have been suspended or removed from the platform or who violate these terms.
4. User Accounts
Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Harasses or threatens other users
- Involves harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind
- Attempts to impersonate another user or person
- Spreads malware or harmful content
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Engages in spam or unsolicited commercial activity
- Uses the platform for any illegal purpose
6. Bookings and Payments
Booking Commitments
When you book a court through Padel Bro, you are committing to participate in that session. You are responsible for canceling if you cannot attend, in accordance with the court's cancellation policy.
Payment Terms
Payment information is processed through third-party payment processors. You authorize Padel Bro to charge your payment method for bookings. Padel Bro is not responsible for failed or unauthorized transactions.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual courts and may vary. Please review the specific court's policies before booking. Cancellations must be made according to the specified notice periods.
Fees and Charges
Padel Bro may charge service fees for bookings and transactions. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a booking. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. Matchmaking and Player Interaction
Matchmaking
Padel Bro provides matchmaking suggestions based on skill level, location, and availability. However, Padel Bro does not guarantee matches and is not responsible for the compatibility or conduct of matched players.
User Interactions
Padel Bro is not responsible for disputes, injuries, or conflicts arising from user interactions or matches. You participate in all matches at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your safety.
Chat and Communications
You are solely responsible for content you post in chats. Do not share personal information, engage in inappropriate conversations, or violate others' privacy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Padel Bro, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Padel Bro Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.
9. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on Padel Bro. By posting content, you grant Padel Bro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post the content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
PADEL BRO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PADEL BRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PADEL BRO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padel Bro Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
Padel Bro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and all payment obligations remain due.
14. Safety and Injury Disclaimer
Padel is a physical sport and carries inherent risks of injury. You participate in all matches at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your safety and should consult a healthcare professional before participating. Padel Bro is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during matches or at court facilities.
15. Third-Party Services
Padel Bro may partner with third-party courts, payment processors, and service providers. Padel Bro is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. Review third-party terms and policies before engaging with them.
16. Modifications to Terms
Padel Bro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan.
